Eastern Parents & Carers Peer Group Meeting

"Simple Self-Care Techniques - How to Ensure we have energy, space and resilience to deal with everyday life"

Friday 7 September 2018

This group is a place for Parents, Grandparents and Carers (of a person with Aspergers or High Functioning Autism) to meet, share their experiences and support each other.

We have a range of parents who attend, who have children of varying ages from toddlers through to young adults. The group is structured/facilitated to allow opportunity for all attendees to talk if they wish.

This month, Gayle will talk about:  Simple Self-Care techniques.  With the goal to ensure that we have the energy, space and resilience to deal with everyday life.

We rely on donations and memberships to provide specialised support, advocate for change and fill the gap in the specific services our community needs. Donate now and help us empower Aspergers.  All donations are tax deductible.
