Successful Tertiary Transitions
The transition from secondary to tertiary education can be challenging, particularly for Aspergers. Navigating a new and often much larger campus, a more flexible timetable, more independence and responsibility, and for some, living away from home for the first time, can all be overwhelming.
At our Successful Tertiary Transitions Panel event, our panel of current or recent TAFE/university staff and students will speak about their experience of tertiary education. They will share their advice and tips on what worked, things they wish they'd known earlier, and strategies to make the transition and tertiary studies in general a positive and successful experience.
