Late Diagnosis Panel Event:
Hear experiences of being diagnosed as an adult
Seeking and receiving an Aspergers or autism diagnosis as an adult can be a life-changing experience. It it often the result of a lengthy, stressful, and expensive process, and it can leave you feeling relief, anxiety, confusion, validation, and everything in between. Finding community and hearing from others who have been through the same process is invaluable, and we are excited to share our return to AV events with this long-requested topic.
We will have four guest speakers joining us in this online event to share their personal and professional experience of late diagnosis, including two of our own AV volunteers! Listen to our panel share their stories, tips and advice for anyone seeking or considering pursuing a diagnosis for themselves, or supporting a loved one in this experience. This event is suitable for attendees of all ages who have a personal or professional interest in this topic.
